Our Returns Policy
We want you to be 100% happy with any order you have made from Stitched With Love (by us). If you aren't happy or 100% satisfied please do contact us immediately by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to help.
Making sure that you are 100% happy with your purchase is our top priority. We are sure that you will love your purchase from Stitched With Love (by us), however if you are not completely happy you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt (excluding custom items and PDF downloads) as long as it is returned in a new and unused condition inside its original packaging. The item will need to be in the same condition it was sent to you in and fit for re-sale and we will be happy to give you a full refund, no questions asked, for the full value of the item.
Unfortunately due to the nature of digital downloaded PDFs we are unable to offer refunds on these items. However, if you have ordered a custom designed pattern please do let us know if something is wrong and we will be happy to amend this for you and send you a revised copy.
If we have custom stitched an item for you, unfortunately we will be unable to offer you a refund unless the item is faulty. However, we will send you a proof of the design prior to stitching beginning to ensure you are 100% happy with the style being used. If you are unhappy at any point with the design prior to stitching we can amend this.
How to make a Return
Please email us on email@example.com and we will provide you with a returns address.
We will refund your original delivery charge and the delivery charges you incurred in returning the product back to us when a product is faulty, damaged or sent incorrectly, but not if you have simply changed your mind.
Please return your items by Royal Mail, Parcelforce or an alternative method you feel comfortable with. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service so that you can track the successful delivery of the item.
Please ensure the item is well packed to ensure that it arrives in the same condition it was sent in.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable, as sold condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 50% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
