Orders are accepted under the following Terms and Conditions, governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. They apply to the use of the website at www.stitched-with-love.co.uk. By accessing this site and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The following constitutes our terms and conditions. If you purchase from us you will be asked to read and accept these terms at checkout.
Agreement by ticking the box at this point confirms you agree to these terms. Further information on shipping, privacy, returns and using the site are available by links to the bottom of every page of the site.
Pricing and Stock levels
We endeavor to keep our pricing and stock levels correct on our website at all times, however we reserve the right to cancel a sale should we be unable to fulfill it or should the item be priced incorrectly. In the event of the second instance, we will offer the customer the option to pay any additional cost required if it is possible to contact them.
In the event of an item ordered no longer being available, we will contact the customer and give them the choice of cancelling the order, waiting for the item to come back into stock, or order an alternative item.
Prices exclude delivery cost, but include VAT on items which incur VAT. Prices may vary from time to time at our discretion, the current prices being displayed on our website.
Total purchase price (including delivery costs) is shown at the checkout and confirmed before the order is placed.
Payment
Items must be paid for at time of purchase in GBP Sterling. Orders/part orders shall not be dispatched until payment has been received.
Our payment system (Paypal) only allow us to take full payment for all requested goods at time of purchase. If an item is out of stock or may be delayed, we will offer a refund or keep the item as a paid for "Item to follow" until it is available, so long as this will be within a reasonable time.
Product description
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. In some cases, goods may be slightly different from the pictured product, usually due to tolerances built in to the manufacturing process. We reserve the right to alter specifications without prior notice. We take all reasonable care to ensure details, descriptions and prices of products are correct at the time.
Vouchers and Discount Codes
Only one promotional code/voucher for discounts or free delivery may be used per order. Promotional codes/vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer or voucher.
No cash or other alternative will be given.
We reserve the right to remove or amend conditions of vouchers/promotional codes as necessary; this does not affect your statutory rights.
